ChainHost partnered with a state-of-the-art Data Center in Kansas City, Missouri. This 24,000 square foot facility offers multiple bandwidth providers, 180 tons of N+1 redundant cooling, utility power from multiple redundant grids, diesel-powered backup generators and UPS battery backup.
Security
Entry to the facility is guarded by armed-personnel, biometric hand scanners and over 20
security cameras. Each door within the facility requires a hand-scan along with a personal
PIN number. Every server row is monitored by camera surveillance.
Network
Our Data Center is fed by redundant fiber feeds from three primary bandwidth providers.
We utilize Foundry routers and switches in a parallel redundant design to prevent a single
point of failure.
All network connectivity originates in the restricted-access networking room and travels along a vast network of cat 5e cable supported by ceiling mounted ladder racking.
